An Online Reporting System

Offering ELS Customers access to there inspection reports online


E-reports is in response to feed back from a number of clients regarding the delivery of inspection reports. When creating an account or indeed later, a number of report recipients can be added such as the Safety Officer or Plant Manager. Each will receive a copy of all inspection reports via e-mail

This way important information regarding safety or maintenace is communicated directly to the relevant people


Once an item has been inspected and added to the system a program has been developed to sweep across each clients equipment/plant schedules (if desired), identifiying items which will shortly be due for inspection. If any items are falling due in the near future an e-mail will be sent to the relevant person, reminding they that some inspection will shortly be due.
